Return window

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of delivery to request help with a return or replacement.

Items must be unused, in original packaging when possible, and accompanied by proof of purchase unless we approve a different arrangement.

Non-returnable items

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened skincare products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review the case and work toward a replacement, refund, or store credit when appropriate.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer.
